This lovely stone house with pool house and swimming pool (12 by 6 m) is located on a very quiet spot surrounded by olive trees and vineyards of the San Michele valley close to the village of Cupramontana in the Marche.
Ideal for your holidays in the middle of Italy on +/- 30 km of the Adriatic coast and on 250 km from Rome.
A professional pétanque field is lying under the sun for the amateurs
